Bad news. Canaries dieing.

Me and my partner wash and clean our canaries cage with everything in it once a week we have found 3 canaries passed away lately over night. Not sure why.

Can u help PleasE? Some females have spots without feathers only females now 3 females and 2 males in one cage.

How long have you had them? It's possible that they died of old age. Male canaries usually die after 10 years while females usually die after 5-6 years. Btw, I'm not quite sure on why people keep on posting adds here.

We have had this beautiful little canary from when she was small bought for my husband as a gift 2 yrs ago, she was so cute and he kept her cage spotless during this time she laid 2 2ggs, but we noticed that her anus was protruding yesterday and when we tried to gently push it in black liquid came out we noticed she was very weak and we fed her some water with an eyedropper she drank it all up was so thirsty realized soething was wrong so we wrapped her comfortable and put her in the bottom of her cage, an hour later when I checked she was dead, we were devastated, we did however notice in the last week she was sleep a lot and not singing?? cud this have been some kind of flu virus she developed?
