My canary has been sitting on her three eggs for 14 days and has developed two small lumps on her rear end should I take her away from her eggs and take her to the vet?

I don't know exactly what to advise you.

It is obvious she is ill and you have to take her to the vet.

But the eggs? You can try to take her and leave the eggs under a lamp that would keep them at the needed temperature.
